Emerging Artist:

Krystl Louwagie

January 17 - February 24, 2012

Krystl Louwagie studied studio art and art history with a focus in Intaglio print-making at Hamline University. Since graduating, she has been working with other forms of print making and stencil art. Her narrative artwork often uses self-reflection, fairy tales, art history, and song lyrics to explore power struggles. Krystl says, "I hope my art will inspire questions and touch on truths everyone knows but has previously been unable to admit."
