We recommend that you attend all three nights, although it is not required. Up to 12 people can be seated to learn pencil shading and blending. All others can observe. Please bring Crayola colored pencils (not crayons) that come 12 or 24 to a pack. Copier paper will be provided, although you can bring your own pencil-sketching paper if you prefer.

Darrell Allen grew up in Florida and moved to Marshall in 2007. He is a self-taught artist, having a love of art before even starting school. He was inspired by his mother, who was also an artist.
Darrell has exhibited in a MAFAC juried show. Each year he participates in the art festival at the Westbrook/Walnut Grove school. He creates art using pencil, oil, colored pencil, charcoal graphite, and acrylic.
